Single Origin
Here are coffees from producers all around the world. While the farmers might mix multiple subspecies of Arabica or Robusta into their offering, we receive these beans as "single origin" meaning they come as one coffee from one farmer or group in a single region. The characteristics of single origin coffee are determined both by the genetic varieties they include and the terroir - the climate, altitude, processing method, and soil of that location.
